Boys' Instructional - ages 6 and up
Your son will use gymnastics as the vehicle to learn strength, coordination, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness - and the confidence and physical ability he needs to try and succeed, no matter what the sport or challenge.

Our Boys' program focuses on improving physical performance largely through Ninja Warrior, trampoline, and tumbling training with an emphasis on physical conditioning. While we do a small amount of traditional Men's Gymnastics, it is mainly used as another tool for conditioning.

Gymnastics is one of the few sports that require an athlete to be at peak condition in every area of both his body and his mind. So, it isn't surprising that increased skill and progress in gymnastics will also translate to increased skill and progress in any other sport or physical activity he may tackle as well.

Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be signed for by a parent or legal guardian before participating even the first time!  If coming in for a trial, make sure to bring a parent signed info & waiver sheet.
