What you'll need: A completed Student Info & Waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

What to wear: Any close fitting exercise clothing that permits movement with no buttons, zippers, or snaps. While socks are allowed, we prefer bare feet.  Any hair that is long enough should be pulled back.  No jewelry or watches other than post earrings. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.

Should you wish to purchase a leotard, we're sure to have one you'll like in our pro-shop.

Where to find us: We're located right between Union and Washington across Highway 47 from the Post Office at the crossroads of Hwy 47 and Vondera Ave. We're right behind Schnucks at 401 Vondera Ave.
